Murali was born on the 29th of January 2002, in the early hours at 00.35 am. In case you are wondering what the name means - it means " flute".

This is when he was a couple of weeks old and has been very good with his feeds and sleeping cycle. From what I have seen so far, he has all the makings of a mama's boy. Here are some photos that have just been developed.

and then he started crawling . Up to this  point our home we thought was childproof and then this happened...he started standing up with support . Things started being pulled down to his great joy, but situation was still under control as all accessible stuff could be moved up-  BUT then he had other plans - he ate and ate and grew more and suddenly started walking... .Now he is a little terror bubbling with energy and on a wrecking mission cos' he is climbing , running, opening stuff, dragging, dumping things in the rubbish bin (things that he thinks is rubbish - like our mobile phones), pulls at wires, pours food over the high chair and his latest is climbing on top of the dining table. One of the highlights of his wrecking career has been the successful demolition of our video recorder( Pallavi was inserting a tape when the little bugger switched the main switch off - so our VCR went kaput). But all said and done - WE ABSOLUTELY ADORE HIM.
